Prepaid account 
You can choose to top up your Netim account to make transactions easier and to reduce bank charges. Deposits are not invoiceable, they are readily-available funds you can use for your payments. This payment method can also be used with the automatic renewals and is the only one available to resellers. There is no limit on the amount you can deposit on your account.

How to top-up your account:
You can top-up your account using any of the payment methods accepted on Netim Direct “My Account” then click "Account follow-up".
Credit cards
All transactions going through our website are secured with "Lyra" and "Stripe". Once on the payment screen, you’ll be asked to type in your credit card information. You’ll then be redirected to your bank verification screen. We never have access to or collect your credit card information in any way. All communications are SSL encrypted and cannot be intercepted or edited.

Most banks use the 3-D Secure protocol to further secure payments. You’ll be
redirected to your bank verification screen and asked to provide additional
information (one-time SMS passcode, password, date of birth...). If you don’t
have the required information, please reach out to your bank.

Payment methods:
You can use your PayPal account credit, pay with credit cards or bank accounts
linked to your PayPal account.
Bank transfer

Average processing time:
The order is processed as soon as our bank has confirmed the transfer.
This can take from 1 to 5 working days, depending on your country.
Payment:
Payee reference must contain the following:
CLIENT_ID/C/OrderNumber
(for example, if your client ID is ZZ1 and your order number is 11050, your
payee reference should be ZZ1/C/11050)

Immediate, as soon as the transaction ID is provided and credit to our cryptocurrency account is confirmed.
Payment:
Depending on the token and the network chosen, carry out the transaction to the wallet address indicated.
Pay attention to the amount to be sent calculated according to the exchange rate with the base currency of your order.
Once the transaction is initiated, indicate the on-chain transaction ID to the given online form. Without this information, we will not be able to process your payment.
In case of any issue, send a message to crypto@netim.com with your order number and on-chain transaction ID.
PaySafeCard
Paysafecard is one of the leading online prepaid payment methods, allowing customers to pay as safely as they would if they were paying with cash.
Payment:
Enter the 16-digit code on your prepaid card.
